SLN Credits -- Key Legal Points

A summary of the most important legal aspects of the credit system:

• Not currency -- SLN credits are a limited license right, not currency, securities, or financial instruments
• Fixed rate -- 1,000 SLN = €10 (€0.01 per credit)
• Expiry -- Credits expire after 24 months of account inactivity (no login)
• No transfers -- Credits cannot be transferred between users
• No interest -- Credits do not earn interest or appreciate in value
• Cash-out -- You are responsible for any tax reporting obligations on cash-out income
