New Salon uses a per-site pricing model. Each site you create has its own independent tier -- you can mix and match plans across your sites, paying only for the features each project needs.

Your first site at each tier pays the full price. Every additional site on the same tier is 50% off.

Annual billing saves you 17% -- equivalent to 2 months free.

Billing & Payment

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Stripe handles automatic tax calculation, including EU VAT, based on your billing location.

Billing Cycles

You can choose between:

• Monthly billing -- pay month-to-month, cancel anytime
• Annual billing -- pay once per year and save 17% (2 months free)

Upgrading or Downgrading

You can upgrade or downgrade any site's plan at any time:

1. Go to Settings > Site Settings for the site you want to change
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select the new tier
4. Confirm the change

Prorated charges: When you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining time. When you downgrade, the remaining credit is applied to your next billing cycle.

After Cancellation

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Your site then reverts to the Free plan
• Content is preserved (but features beyond Free limits become inactive)
• You can resubscribe at any time to restore access

FAQ

What happens when I upgrade?

New features are available immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, then the full new price applies from your next billing date.

Can I downgrade?

Yes. You can downgrade any site at any time. The lower plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Content above the new plan's limits is not deleted -- it becomes hidden until you upgrade again.

What happens if I cancel?

Your site continues working until the end of the paid period, then reverts to the Free plan. Your content is preserved, but features and limits revert to Free. You can resubscribe at any time.

How does per-site pricing work?

Each site has its own independent tier. You choose (and pay for) a plan per site. Your first site at a given tier pays the full price; each additional site on the same tier is 50% off. For example, if you have 3 Premium sites, you pay €20 + €10 + €10 = €40/mo.

Can I have different tiers for different sites?

Yes! This is one of the key benefits of per-site pricing. You might run your main portfolio on the Premium plan while keeping a personal blog on the Free plan. Each site is billed independently.

How does the annual discount work?

Annual billing costs the equivalent of 10 months instead of 12 -- a 17% savings. For example, the Pro plan is €40/mo monthly or €400/yr annual (€33.33/mo effective). The discount applies per site.

How is tax calculated?

Stripe automatically calculates and applies the correct tax (including EU VAT) based on your billing address. Tax amounts are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Is there a refund policy?

Cancel within 14 days of a new subscription for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans receive a prorated refund; monthly plans run until the end of the billing period.
